To make this pizzeria trailer it has been decided to start from a spacious trailer with dimensions of 4170 x 2035mm. For its flexibility it has been added walls that can be opened on all 4 sides of the trailer. The installation of sliding components on the counter as well as on the oven, allowed to get plenty of work space, increasing the ventilation. The protruding counter invites the public, while the on side oven guarantees a good heat dispersion. The lighting of the trailer has been designed to invite the public and have a good light level in the working space. To do so it has been put a perimetral strip LED enhancing the visibility to the public eyes. A new mobile pizzeria is born to attack the street food market.
